Visitor e-Humanities group and DANS

From 14-21 July 2011, Giulia Rotundo has visited the e-Humanities group and the e-research group at DANS on the basis of STSM grant (Short-term scientific mission) of the COST action MP0801 “Physics of Competition and Conflicts”. Giulia is associate professor at the Department of Technological, Business and Quantitative Studies, Faculty of Economics, at the University of Tuscia, Viterbo, Italy and an active member of the COST action. She has published in areas of innovation studies and complex networks. The main aim of her visit to Amsterdam was to visualize the network of scientific activity of the COST action which operates at the interface between physics and a variety of other scientific disciplines such as economy, sociology, history and information sciences. She has collaborated with Andrea Scharnhorst and Almila Akdag (UvA).
